MEET AVGHI
A Passion to Help
World-renowned homeopath and educator, Louis Klein, describes Avghi as one of the best Homeopaths that California has to offer. With a passion for helping others Avghi has been in private practice since 1995 in California. When you meet her you’re struck by the air of calmness and tranquility that surrounds her. Her caring, non-judgmental presence makes it easy to trust her. Carl Rogers, the founder of the human potential movement, said that simply to listen understandingly to a person and attempt to convey that understanding, are potent forces for individual healing. Avghi truly embodies that philosophy. She is the co-author of “Homeopathic Handbook, Guide to commonly used remedies”, she is a co-author in an academic allopathic medical guide about addictions, for Andrew Weil, and has written many many articles on Homeopathy. Not only does she teach she has been the co-founder and director of the Los Angeles School of Homeopathy since 2022, she also teaches for other schools and colleges sharing knowledge about Homeopathy.

Although she is first and foremost a homeopath, Avghi’s expertise in nutrition, Bach flowers and iridology provide her with further tools to draw on. Natural, alternative, holistic medicine has always intrigued Avghi. She continues to learn each year by attending at least two homeopathic seminars. And through teaching homeopathy herself she continues to stay on top of the newest topics and Homeopathy.
Activities
Avghi has been a guest speaker on radio and T. V. shows, she is an author and writes for health magazines. She is a member of the North American Society of Homeopaths and the National Center for Homeopathy. Outside of her homeopathic practice, she continues to help others. She has worked for many years with children with disabilities including Autism and Down Syndrome. The same passion that she brings to helping people permeates her private life. Her many interests include sailboat racing & cruising, bicycling, skiing, cooking, and cultural pursuits. At heart, she’s an adventurer, who loves a challenge. She has done bungee jumping, run marathons, jumped out of a plane, and ridden her bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles for charity. But her real regeneration comes in being close to nature, riding the waves on a sailboat, zipping down the ski slopes, or hiking in the mountains. Raced sailboats from San Francisco to Hawaii and San Diego to Cabo San Lucas and locally most weeks in Marina Del Rey.

Avghi is the founder and director of the Centre for Life, an alternative healing centre, and co-founder and director of the Los Angeles School of Homeopathy.
OUR COMMUNITY
Avghi believes in giving back to the community where she lives and works. She sponsors a toy drive at her office every holiday season and takes the donated toys to a local clinic, which then distributes them to underprivileged children. she has been running a low-income homeopathic clinic since 2009.
